To submit new claims, please direct your e-mails to:

     *Please attach a loss notice, declarations page, and any special instructions.
     *Any new assignment received before 3:00 p.m. will be contacted the same day.
     *Any new assignment received after 3:00 p.m. will be contacted on the next business day.

Claim Process

Once we receive your assignment, we will send a claim confirmation to your office including the name of the assigned adjuster and the adjuster's contact information, which includes their email address and current license information.

Your insured will be contacted within 24 hours. We will inspect the property within 72 hours or at the insured's earliest convenience.

Once our staff inspects the property, you will receive a 10 day report that includes claim reserve amounts, a report that provides a description of the cause of loss and the damages, and color photographs. Subsequent reports will follow at 30 day intervals until the claim has been concluded.
